ICONIQ is designed around local icon creation. This policy explains what the app needs to handle and what it does not require.
What ICONIQ handles
ICONIQ works with the app you select, the label you enter, and the artwork you choose. This information is used to create your custom icon experience.
Artwork and icon-building inputs are processed locally on your Android device for the core icon-generation flow.
Accounts and cloud storage
No account is required to use ICONIQ. The app is designed without an ongoing server dependency for creating icons.
We do not require you to upload your icon artwork to an ICONIQ account or cloud workspace to create a generated icon APK.
Device permissions
ICONIQ may ask Android for permission to list launchable apps, read selected artwork, and request installation of generated icon APKs. These permissions support the icon creation workflow.
Android controls the final install approval through the system installer and device security settings.
Google Play and platform data
When you access ICONIQ through Google Play, Google may process download, purchase, crash, diagnostics, and device information according to Google Play policies.
